No, it’s completely up to you. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and we take security seriously. You’re also welcome to be home during the service.

Yes. All our cleaning professionals are background-checked, vetted, and covered by liability insurance for your peace of mind.

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

How do payments work?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service or in advance for first-time clients.

Can I add extra tasks to my cleaning appointment?
Of course! Let us know in advance if you’d like to add tasks like organizing, fridge cleaning, or laundry, and we’ll include that in your service plan.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have special products you’d like us to use, just let us know!
How much do your cleaning services cost?

Can I request the same cleaner every time?

How far in advance should I book a cleaning?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but we also offer same-day and next-day availability depending on our schedule.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. A small fee may apply for last-minute changes.
Do you offer eco-friendly or green cleaning options?
Yes! Just request eco-friendly products when booking, and we’ll bring non-toxic, biodegradable supplies for your cleaning.
Are your services pet-friendly?
